Census filers?

Where is everybody?? All I can figure is everyones busy filling out those wonderful data rich govt. questionaires!! Is there anybody refusing to fill it out? I'm keeping it as basic as possible..I went up to my cabin in the u.p. yesterday and theres a little white bag on mine and everybody elses cabin down the waterfront and in it was census forms!! Why the hell would the govt waste the money to have people doing this procedure in summer only dwellings??? Stupid is... stupid does I guess....out.

the only thing I'm going to file out is how many people are in my home.. By law that is the ONLY one I have to file out according to the united states constitution
